Schools Net Kenya, in partnership with Mwonania Educational Services Consultancy (MECS), offer teacher placement opportunities to both the employer and teachers in private schools in Kenya.
The following constitute private schools staffing terms, which are applicable to both the employer (management) and the job seeker (teacher):
Employer/ Management Terms:
- Registration is FREE <Submit Your Details>. However, upon being matched with the available teaching job, the applicant shall be required to pay a non-refundable placement fee of Kshs. 1000. This shall be to cater for the running costs of teaching job placement program.
- The SNK Team shall keep on updating the applicant on various placement opportunities till rightly placed.
- Once SNK Team matches the applicant’s CV with the placement of choice, the applicant shall be notified via a call or an e-mail. This shall mark the beginning of the networks that empower.
- The applicant shall be interviewed by SNK Team before being linked with the employer. This shall be used as placement-clarification-platform where some of the pending questions shall be clarified.
- In situation where the parties concerned (applicant/employer) are not satisfied, a written notification from either side shall be made. SNK Team shall make only one (1) Free placement as per the request. Subsequent placement/s shall be treated as ‘new’ placement/s with terms and conditions thus applying.
- Other terms may be mutually agreed upon as need be.
Private Teachers Recruitment Terms:
